閃辭Gogoro執行長 陸學森致員工公開信曝光

Gogoro（睿能創意）13日傍晚無預警宣佈，創辦人暨執行長陸學森將請辭執行長職務，並獲董事會同意，即刻生效。陸學森於請辭後也隨即發出一封英文信給全體員工，他於信中指出，自己在深思熟慮後決定請辭，這是很艱難的決定，但他相信，對公司和他來說，現在都是過渡領導層的正確時機。

陸學森並表示，雖然自己辭去了目前的職務，但他對Gogoro的使命與願景的承諾仍然存在，對於大家共同取得的成就感仍感到無比自豪。陸學森說，自己對Gogoro光明的未來依然充滿信心。「我將永遠是Gogoro最大的擁護者，期待看到公司從新的角度繼續發展並取得成功。」

以下爲他給Gogoro員工信全文：

Dear Gogoro Team,

In 2011, Gogoro began with a bold mission： create a new industry in Taiwan in order to change the world for the better.

We set out with a vision to transform the energy industry by creating smart, swappable batteries that could revolutionize many other industries, starting with the future of two-wheel transportation. We envisioned the birth of a new, homegrown Taiwanese business ecosystem that could make meaningful sustainability and economic contribution globally.

Over the last 13 years, our journey together has led us to develop innovative technologies and products, establish advanced in-house manufacturing capabilities, establish and operate our own network for retail, after service and battery swapping, and build strong partnerships with Taiwan’s vast and intricate network of suppliers and manufacturers. With the strong support of our Taiwanese government and our numerous customers here in Taiwan, we have been fortunate to experience rapid growth as a company.

It has been inspiring to see Gogoro recognized worldwide for our innovations—from our Smartscooters and Smart Battery Swapping System to one of my proudest achievements, the evolution of our Smart Batteries into distributed energy storage systems.

After much reflection, I have made the difficult decision to step down from my role as CEO and Chairman of Gogoro. This decision has not been easy, but I believe it is the right time for both the company and myself to transition leadership as we embark on the next phase of growth.

Leading Gogoro from its inception to be known globally as the inventor of battery swapping and the operator of the world’s largest swapping network has been an extraordinary journey. I am incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved together—from launching groundbreaking products and services to fostering an innovative corporate culture. We together have ＂Made the Impossible, Possible＂. None of this would have been possible without the dedication and passion of every one of you. Your hard work and passion has shaped Gogoro’s success, and for that, I am deeply grateful.

While I am stepping down from my current roles, my commitment to our mission and vision remains. My confidence in Gogoro’s bright future remains steadfast. I will always be Gogoro’s biggest advocate, and I look forward to seeing the company continue to grow and succeed from a new vantage point.

Thank you for your trust, partnership, and support throughout this journey. It has been an honor and privilege to work alongside each of you to build this incredible company.
