單位簡介
西湖基因編輯中心爲西湖大學校級研究中心，致力於基因編輯和免疫受體領域關鍵基礎科學問題的以及相關應用的瓶頸技術的開發。中心採用整合的研究方法包括生物信息學、單細胞測序、CRISPR篩選、免疫疾病或感染動物模型以及結構生物學等技術，從分子、細胞以及個體水平等多個層次以較全視野對免疫系統與感染、免疫系統與體內其他系統相互調控的功能與機制進行研究。
中心的研究方向包括：開發設計新型基因編輯以及遞送工具，在植物、動物等細胞和體內的基因編輯應用研究，以及基因編輯相關DNA損傷修復。

招聘崗位與薪資待遇
招聘崗位
1. 長聘教職/Tenured Faculty：主要包括副教授、教授
（1）應聘人應在國際一流高校、科研院所擔任終身副教授以上或相當教職，具有國際一流的學術水平；
（2）擁有充滿活力的科研團隊和項目；
（3）承諾通過評選後全職來西湖大學工作。
2. 準聘教職/Tenure-Track Faculty：主要包括助理教授、副教授
（1）具有博士學位和博士後經歷；
（2）應聘人學術水平和資歷應達到擔任國際知名高校助理教授或副教授教職的相應標準；
（3）承諾通過評選後全職來西湖大學工作，首聘期6年。
薪酬福利與其他待遇

西湖大學將參照國際一流大學相應職位的標準，提供充足的科研啓動經費；同時，將視引進人才的實際科研工作需要，在實驗室空間、團隊配備、博士生招生指標等方面給予充分支持。

協助解決住房問題, 並提供相應的住房補貼。
4. 其他待遇
