陳向東在跟誰學IPO日早餐會上演講：成就從來都是來源於成就客戶
2019年6月6日，以K12在線教育爲主的跟誰學成功在美國紐交所掛牌上市，股票代碼爲“GSX”。跟誰學或成赴美上市在線教育公司中增速最快且規模化盈利的公司。作爲首家盈利的K12在線教育公司在美國紐交所掛牌上市，跟誰學更加證明了在線直播雙師大班模式的可行性和高效性。
在6月6日的早餐會上，跟誰學創始人陳向東發表了公開演講。全文如下：
Ladies andgentlemen,
Good morning!
Today we cometogether to witness this exciting moment, of each of us, for each of us, and byeach of us. WE make GSX more attractive, respected and trustworthy. WE makeeach of us more confident, dedicated and powerful! WE make education betterthrough technology. WE make things happen! Let us express deep gratitude andindebtedness to our family, friends, colleagues, partners, media companions,investors, and last but not the least, our students and parents. They are themost important and irreplaceable part of WE and It is them that make WE becomea better WE!
There are fourtypes of people in the world. Those who make things happen. Those to whomthings happen to. Those who watch things happen. And those who doesn’t evenknow that things are happening. I am proud to say that WE are those who makethings happen! We are so fortunate to be riding on the explosive growth inonline education and we will do everything in our power to grasp thisopportunity.
Long before wecame to IPO, our success has been all about customer success, which means toguarantee the most experienced teachers, the most dedicated partners, buildingtrust and engagement, delivering the best learning experience, and achievingthe best learning results. After our IPO, it is still these exact same thingsthat matter the most to us. It is our intense focus on our customers that hasled GSX to become the first Chinese online K12 IPO on the NYSE. We believe thatif we continue to carry this customer focus to the extreme, we will achieveeven more.
With great powercomes great responsibility. When we were kids, what we aspired to is making adifference in our family. When we begin to work, what we aspire to is making adifference in the workplace. When we look into the future, what we aspire to ismaking a difference in China’s online education sector. We are obliged to takethe responsibility for our mission to make education better through technologyand devoted to being the role model with the following principles:

5.Always dedicateto colleagues.

Today is amilestone for GSX. And a lot of investors have been saying GSX is one of thebest providers of online live K12 large class after school tutoring, whichleads each of us to think:
1.Is it reallytrue?
2.Are we reallythe best?
3.Could we be thebest?
4.Can you prove toyourself that we are the best?
5.Can you prove toour students and parents that we are the best?
Today is a newstart for GSX. What we raise from investors today is not simply money, buttrust. What we receive from parents is not simply fees, but trust. Let usremain humble every year, every month, every day, every hour, every minute, andevery second. Let’s work hard to deserve the fortune, deserve the trust, anddeserve our being here.
Today is a newjourney for GSX. Starting from today, GSX will become a public company. Withthe mission to make education better through technology, we strive to become arespected institution of education. Always remember: we are of the students,for the students, and by the students. Now let us start to write more excitingchapters!
In the end, let meexpress even more gratitude to WE, including our former colleague and teammateswho no longer worked at GSX, to our family, to all those who cared about,supported and helped us, to the great times that we are in, and to our country.We’re truly grateful for everything.

在我們上市之前，我們的成就從來都是百分之百來源於成就客戶。成就客戶意味着確保最有經驗的老師、擁有最投入的夥伴、建立信任和參與度、提供最好的學習體驗、以及達到最好的學習效果。在我們上市之後，我們最重視的也還是上面提到的這些。是我們對客戶的高度專注，成就了我們成爲第一家在美國上市的中國在線K12教育公司。我們相信，只要我們繼續把成就客戶做到極致，我們就能獲得更大的成功！

今天是跟誰學新的開始。我們今天從投資者中獲得的不只是資金，而是信任。我們從家長獲得的不只是學費，而是信任。讓我們每年、每月、每天、每小時、每分每秒保持謙卑，讓我們更加努力，努力配得上這份大運氣、配得上這份信任、配得上我們在這裡的每分每秒。
